“Urban China: Informal Cities”, is the latest exhibition to open in the New Museum in New York. The exhibition is a physical manifestation of the magazine Urban China, the only magazine devoted to issues of urbanism published in and about China.
Also, on this exhibition “Urban China Bootlegged by C-Lab for Volume“, a special and limited-edition project produced specifically for the exhibition. The magazine, formulated as a bootleg, borrows content from Urban China and will be celebrated at the exhibition opening today.
